NUTRISENS sensor for measuring nitrate and potassium in the soil

The Nitrate and Potassium sensor is able to work in any type of soil. The interpretation of the data offered by the probe is similar to the soil moisture probes, whose working principle is by capacitance: we generate a history of each particular soil and learn from experience with the upper and lower levels. The probe shows the trend of nitrate at the root level. In this way we can understand if the plant consumes the nitrates provided through irrigation or if it even accumulates them.
